Takayuki Sakakida

Taka Sakakida serves as the Chairman, Member of the Board, and Senior Advisor to the CEO at Aircastle since April 2024, while concurrently holding the position of Director at Aircastle Limited since June 2017. Prior experience includes roles at Marubeni Corporation as General Manager of the Finance & Leasing Business Department II from April 2019 to December 2020, and as General Manager of the Airline Business from April 2009 to March 2011. Additionally, Taka Sakakida worked at Marubeni America Corporation as Vice President & General Manager of the Aerospace & Ship Unit from April 2017 to March 2019, and as Managing Director at MD Aviation Capital Pte Ltd from April 2011 to March 2015, a joint venture company of Marubeni and Deucalion. Taka Sakakida graduated from Keio University in 1994 with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science.
