Jesse is engaged in a corporate and commercial practice with a technology focus. A member of the Venture Finance Group, he acts for strategic and financial buyers and family offices on M&A transactions. He also advises clients on business formations, complex transactions, debt financing and regulatory matters. In addition, Jesse has experience advising clients in technology outsourcing arrangements, launching new products and negotiating commercial agreements. In his debt financing practice, Jesse represents banks and institutional lenders providing acquisition, cash-flow and asset-based financings, primarily in the technology sector.
