Stuart F. Bollefer

Stuart F. Bollefer is a partner at Aird & Berlis LLP, where they have worked for the past 22 years. Stuart is a member of the firm's Tax group and Chair of the Tax & Succession Planning Group. Stuart has extensive experience providing domestic and international tax advice with respect to mergers and acquisitions, structuring shareholder agreements, inbound and outbound investment and business expansion, and estate and wealth preservation planning.

Prior to joining Aird & Berlis LLP, Stuart worked as a partner at Morris/Rose/Ledgett for 15 years. During their time at Morris/Rose/Ledgett, Stuart gained valuable experience in tax law that they have been able to apply to their current role at Aird & Berlis LLP.

Stuart is a dedicated lawyer who takes pride in providing their clients with the best possible advice and representation. Stuart is a frequent presenter at Tax Breakfasts, where they share their knowledge and expertise with other lawyers and tax professionals.

Stuart F. Bollefer has a University of Toronto education, which they received from 1977 to 1980. Stuart also has an LL.B from the University of Toronto and a B.A from Wilfrid Laurier University.
