Jennifer (Aronson) Smith has worked in various sales and administrative roles since 2007. Jennifer started their career at Organic Mattresses, Inc. as an Order Processing/AR Specialist in 2007. In 2010, they joined Telestream as an Enterprise Inside Sales Representative (The Americas) and later transitioned to an Inside Sales Administrative Assistant. In 2015, they joined AWS Elemental, an Amazon Web Services Company, as a Media Services Sales Specialist, then a Cloud Sales Specialist, and finally an Inside Sales Account Representative. In 2019, they moved to Amazon Web Services (AWS) as an Enterprise Sales Specialist, Edge Services. Most recently, they joined Airdata UAV in 2020, where they have held the roles of VP of Sales & Strategic Partnerships, Director of Sales & Strategic Partnerships, and Sales Manager.

Jennifer (Aronson) Smith has a varied educational background. Jennifer began their studies in 2004 at Sierra College, where they obtained a Liberal Arts and Humanities degree in 2006. Jennifer then attended California State University, Chico from 2008 to 2010, studying Business Administration, Management and Operations. In 2014, they returned to Sierra College and earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) in Business - Accounting and an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Business Administration by 2018. In addition, Jennifer obtained an Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in February 2019.
