Janet Morgan Clarkson is a seasoned user researcher with extensive experience in digital health and qualitative research. Current positions include Lead User Researcher at Aire Logic Limited and NHS England, focusing on vaccinations digital services. Previously at NHS Digital, Janet informed strategies for NHS login integration and developed the DAQ assessment process. Janet is also the owner of Gingersnap Research, specializing in shopper insights and brand development, and was co-owner of Lemonlime Research. Early career roles include Principal Consultant at jmresearch and Senior Research Manager at Quaestor. Janet holds a BA Hons in History and Media from Leeds Trinity University.
