Xavier Ugas has extensive experience in commercial roles within the telecommunications and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as Area Comercial Empresas y Operadores at Aire Networks del Mediterráneo since February 2019, Xavier focuses on providing secure and reliable telecommunications solutions for businesses. Previously, as Delegado Comercial at OpenRoom from December 2015 to January 2019, Xavier contributed to enhancing hotel profitability through strategic talent and technology integration. As a co-founder of Equipa tu Hotel from November 2011 to November 2015, Xavier specialized in hotel renovations and customized furniture solutions. Xavier began a career in sales at Ariane Systems from March 2006 to October 2011, where responsibilities included expanding the market for check-in/out solutions in Spain. Xavier holds a degree in Analista de sistemas informáticos de gestión from Cenec, completed between 1988 and 1991.
