David Wheaton

David Wheaton is a versatile professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Controls Product Specialist at Airefco Inc. since May 2015, David focuses on developing Carrier's Controls Expert Program to enhance building automation growth. As a real estate investor and owner of Wheaton Properties LLP since January 1992, David manages multiple residential properties while overseeing all aspects of remodeling and maintenance. Additionally, David operates Washtub Laundromat LLC, a self-service laundromat utilized for testing tools relevant to the primary role. Previous experience includes serving as a Product Manager and in product development at UEi until May 2015, where David was responsible for matching solutions to environmental testing needs, and as Service Manager at Systems NW/Savin Corporation from 1985 to 1998, progressing from a technician role. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Operations Management and an Associate's Degree in Electronics Technology/Industrial Management from the Oregon Institute of Technology.
