Samaa Alshoufi is an experienced sales and hospitality professional with a background in mechanical engineering, having obtained a Bachelor's degree in Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Engineering Technology from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Damascus from 2012 to 2019. Currently serving as a VRF sales specialist at Ferguson since June 2024, Samaa also holds the position of Inside Sales Representative at Airefco Inc. since August 2022. Previous experience includes roles as a Concierge and Hostess at the Four Seasons Hotel Seattle from June 2021 to August 2023, as well as a Reservations Agent with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts from September 2019 to June 2021.
