Ray Loomis

Ray Loomis has extensive experience in legal assistance and contract administration within the legal and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as a Product Management Contracts Administrator at AireSpring, Inc. since August 2015, Ray collaborates with senior executives to manage various contracts critical to the company’s growth. Previous roles include positions at the Law Offices of Timothy Bowles, P.C., where Ray worked as a Legal Assistant and Client Legal Services Consultant for over 17 years, and held similar legal assistant roles at several law offices, focusing on drafting legal documents, conducting client interviews, and performing research. Ray holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Saint Mary’s College of California and a Legal Assisting Certificate from Pasadena City College, along with a certification from the National Notary Association in notary laws and procedures.
