Yvan Guay

Yvan Guay has extensive work experience in various roles primarily focused on strategy development and corporate finance. Yvan began their career at Nortel Networks, where they held multiple positions over the course of eight years, including Marketing Manager, Product Manager, and Area Sales Manager. In 1996, they moved to Braxton Associates as a Manager of Strategy Development. Yvan then joined Arthur Andersen & Co. as a Senior Manager, where they contributed to strategy development and financing for four years before transitioning to Deloitte as a Senior Manager of Strategy Development and Corporate Finance. In 2004, Yvan founded Dolmen Conseils, where they served as the owner until 2015. Following that, they became a Partner at Ascendis Consulting, where they specialized in consulting services until December 2020. Most recently, Yvan Guay became the Vice President of Business Development at Airex Energy, a position they have held since September 2016.

Yvan Guay obtained their B.A.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering from Université de Sherbrooke, during the period from 1980 to 1984. Subsequently, they pursued their MBA in Strategic Management and Marketing from McGill University, from 1992 to 1996.
