Dwayne De Silva

Dwayne De Silva began their work experience as a Branch Manager at Verisure in 2015, where they managed a team and served over 60,000 customers. In 2019, they became the Director at Silva Security until 2021. Dwayne then joined First Home Improvements as a Design Consultant from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they are working as a Business Development Manager at AirEx Technologies, a construction and climate tech company focused on reducing energy demand and improving air quality in homes.

Dwayne De Silva obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from London Metropolitan University. Dwayne attended the university from 2011 to 2014.
