Mark Pratten is a qualified MRICS Building Surveyor with over 15 years of experience in the Affordable Housing Sector. Currently serving as the Technical Director at Airey Miller since 2020, Mark specializes in pre-planning services, technical due diligence, and safety case reports. Previously, Mark held positions as Associate Director and Associate Partner at Airey Miller, contributing to the development of affordable housing projects and promoting best practices in project management and cost consultancy. Holding a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying from the University of Greenwich, Mark is committed to sustainability and social well-being in housing development while actively engaging in BIM advocacy. Outside of work, Mark values family time and enjoys golfing.
