Emma Welford is an experienced growth marketer with a diverse background in various sectors, including fintech, clean beauty, and high-end fashion. Currently serving as the Growth Marketer at Airfordable, a fintech app for travel payment plans, Emma was the first in-house marketer for the company. Previously, Emma held the position of Director of Marketing at CLOVE + HALLOW and was the Head of Marketing & Sales at Volante Design, where Emma expanded the marketing team. Emma's early career includes significant roles in marketing management, content creation, and retail, culminating in a foundation as a knitting designer with Emma Welford Designs. Emma holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
