Joan Gillman

Joan Gillman is a board member at Airgain and has over 20 years of experience in the media and technology industries. Joan is also a member of the board of directors for Centrica, an international energy and services company, and SeaWell Networks, a video streaming solutions provider.

Joan began their career in the media industry, working as a member of the board of directors for National Cable Communications LLC from 2006 to 2016. In this role, they helped the company to grow and expand its reach.

In 2011, Joan joined the board of directors for BlackArrow, Inc., a technology company that provides solutions for the cable and satellite industries. Joan served on the board for four years, until the company was acquired by Arris International in 2015.

After their work with BlackArrow, Joan became a member of the board of directors for Transit Wireless in 2017. Transit Wireless is a public/private partnership that provides open-access communications infrastructure. Joan served on the board for five years, until they joined Airgain in 2020.

Joan Gillman attended the WICT Senior Executive Summit in 2013, 2014, and 2016. Joan has a degree in business from Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Joan also has a degree in legislative affairs from The George Washington University. Lastly, they have a degree in English and pre-med from College of the Holy Cross.
