Rajesh Tiwari (UC MBA) has over 25 years of work experience in the technology industry. Rajesh began their career in 1994 as a Project Engineer at Zensar Technologies. Rajesh then joined Fujitsu in 1995 as a Senior Software Developer and Team Lead, where they developed OLE components on Symphoware project for Fujitsu Japan. In 1998, they moved to WebMD as a Product Engineer, where they worked on WebMD. com and Healtheon. com web sites using java, web services, C++ and other leading web server technologies. In 2001, they joined PeopleSoft, Inc. as a Staff Software Engineer and was responsible for designing features for Portal registry and Portal Web Server. In 2003, they joined Oracle as a Principal Engineer and delivered key features on Oracle on prem-BPM product from inception, requirement analysis, design, and final implementation on Oracle BPM Composer. In 2006, they joined EMC | Northern California as a Staff Engineer at EMC Corp (Documentum-Content Management Division) and delivered a High Volume Processing Server (HVPS) to manage parallel workloads. In 2017, they co-founded Quickze and was responsible for product design, usability, architecture, sales, and marketing. In 2019, they joined Albertsons Companies as a Senior Software Architect and Sr IT Architect. Currently, they are a Senior Director, Core Data Engineering & Architecture at Airgap Networks Inc., where they are leading and managing core data architecture.

Rajesh Tiwari holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of California, Davis Graduate School of Management, which they earned between 2014 and 2017, specializing in Business Administration and Management, General. Rajesh also holds a Bachelor's degree from Shivaji University, which they earned between 1989 and 1993, specializing in Electronics and Computer.
