Jennifer McNorton

Jennifer McNorton currently serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition for the Center of Excellence at Airgas since September 2024. Prior to this role, Jennifer held several senior positions at Indeed.com from February 2019 to May 2024, including Sr. Director of Global Talent Acquisition and Sr. Director of Global Executive Recruiting. Jennifer's experience also includes a tenure at Aquent as Vice President and Managing Director, leading recruiting teams to build partnerships with Fortune 500 companies in the financial services and fintech sectors. Additionally, Jennifer worked at Robert Half International for over 11 years, progressing through various roles such as Branch Manager and Division Director, and held the position of Regional VP at Onward Search, where Jennifer launched a National Executive Search division. Jennifer is currently pursuing a Certificate in Interior Design from The Interior Design Institute, expected to complete in December 2024.
