Mary Charlotte Doherty currently serves as Vice President Legal and Associate General Counsel at Airgas since September 2016, where leadership involves managing the legal department's Sales, Marketing, and Conflict Resolution team, providing support for strategic accounts and corporate marketing. Previously, Ms. Doherty held the role of Director of Litigation at Airgas, overseeing the company’s litigation efforts across various matters. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Litigation Associate at Duane Morris LLP and as a Litigation Associate at Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, P.C., with numerous accolades such as being named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyers "Rising Star" from 2010 to 2016. Ms. Doherty is also recognized for delivering presentations on legal strategies and has been involved in legal editorial activities. Mary Charlotte holds a degree in Government from Franklin & Marshall College and a Juris Doctor from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law.
