Paul Higdon

Paul Higdon is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in training and human resources information systems. Currently serving as the Director of Training at Airgas since May 2022, Paul previously held the role of HRIS Manager at francesca’s® from 2017 to June 2022 and at Air Liquide USA from 2011 to 2017, where responsibilities included managing key system transitions and operations. Earlier in their career, Paul served as the Learning Management System Training Manager and Technical Training Specialist at Air Liquide, focusing on developing training materials and facilitating technical training. Paul began their career as a Plant Manager at Air Liquide USA, overseeing a significant air separation plant and implementing a new Quality Management System. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aviation/Computer Science/Information Systems from Southeastern Oklahoma State University.
