Tracy Saddler

Tracy Saddler is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background spanning several organizations. Currently serving as the HR Director for Airgas since September 2017, Tracy previously held roles such as Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Business Partner at BOMBARDIER from October 2014 to September 2017. Prior experience includes positions at Omnicare Inc. and Xerox Audio Visual Solutions, as well as a long tenure at Target, where Tracy was Executive Team Leader for Human Resources. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Hobart and William Smith Colleges, obtained between 1985 and 1989.
