Luciano Barreto

Luciano Barreto has a diverse work experience in the travel and hospitality industry. Luciano is currently the Managing Director at AirHelp, where they mediate flight disruptions and ensures compensation for clients. Additionally, they serve as an Investor and Strategic Advisor at TRAVEL MEDIA SOLUTIONS, offering digital marketing solutions. Previously, they were the Founder and Strategic Advisor at Performa Web, a digital marketing agency, and Anfitrião Prime, a hospitality company. Luciano also had leadership roles at Almundo, B2W Digital, Submarino Viagens, Travelweb, LLC, and Rumbo, where they managed operations and developed business plans.

Luciano Barreto obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas in 1993. Luciano then pursued an MBA in Corporate Strategy from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, graduating in 1999. Additionally, in 2019, they obtained a certification as a Conselheiro de Administração from IBGC - Instituto Brasileiro de Governança Corporativa and in 2017, they obtained a certification as a Scrum Alliance® Certified Agile Leadership from Scrum Alliance. Luciano Barreto also completed their high school education at Colegio Bandeirantes in 1988.
