Heather Kittmer

Heather Kittmer is a seasoned financial professional currently serving as Financial Controller at Zehnder North America since July 2024 and as Head of Finance at Airia Brands Inc. since December 2019. In the latter role, Kittmer oversees the Finance, Engineering, Customer Service, and IT departments, contributing to decision-making and strategic initiatives. Previous experience includes serving as Plant Controller at Catalent Pharma Solutions, where Kittmer managed financial performance and collaborated with operations for process improvements, as well as roles as Senior Project & Cost Accountant and Financial Analyst within the same company. Kittmer began a career in finance as Junior Controller at Shepherd Gourmet Dairy, managing day-to-day financial operations. Academically, Kittmer completed the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada Professional Education Program from 2017 to 2024, and earned an Honours Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Guelph in 2014.
