Will Dean

Will Dean currently serves as Territory Manager at Airia Brands Inc. since November 2023. Previously, Will held various roles at CORE Energy Recovery Solutions from January 2018 to December 2023, including West Coast Sales Manager and Vertical Market Manager. Prior experience includes serving as a Brand Ambassador for Tonic Active from October 2012 to January 2018, where Will contributed content for social media and provided apparel feedback. Will also worked with RBC from October 2013 to November 2017 as an RBC Olympian, gaining extensive public speaking experience and participating in social media outreach campaigns. As a Professional Athlete with Rowing Canada Aviron from June 2008 to April 2017, Will represented Canada in two Olympic Games, developing transferable skills in communication and stakeholder management. Will obtained a Master’s degree in Management, Entrepreneurship, and Innovation from Queen's University in 2018 and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from the University of California, Berkeley in 2010.
