Tim Hetzel

Tim Hetzel is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Centralized Services Lead at Airiam since March 2022, following the acquisition of Transcendent, where Tim held multiple roles including Solutions Architect and Director of Professional Services. With a strong background in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and automation, Tim has successfully led customer projects throughout his career. Previous experience includes positions as a Senior Systems Engineer at Penzeys Spices, and roles in systems administration and engineering at Milwaukee Electric Tool, Quad/Graphics, and BeeLine Computer Company. Tim holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a double major in Information Technology Infrastructure and Multimedia Digital Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
