Senior Manager, Client Engagement at AIRINC

Amber Chan has worked in various roles across multiple companies. From 2014 to 2015, they were a Costing Intern at Saic Motor Co., Ltd. During this time, they coordinated and consolidated sales forecast to create monthly and ad hoc sales reports, as well as performed cost allocation analysis for all production lines of two main brands. From 2015 to 2017, they were a Tax Associate at PwC, where they performed analytical procedures for tax provision review and due diligence for multinational corporations, conducted research on and provided tax advisory service to enhance the overall tax efficiency of listed companies, and reviewed companies' current tax compliance obligations and advised on potential ways to mitigate tax exposure. Finally, from 2017 to the present, they have been working at AIRINC, first as a Client Engagement Representative, then as a Production Analyst, and currently as a Manager of Client Engagement. In their roles at AIRINC, they have supported with preparation of client deliverables, identified client issues and proposed effective solutions, facilitated training and knowledge sharing among Client Engagement and Business Development teams, and optimized internal processes and identified ways to improve efficiencies of product and delivery.

Amber Chan completed their GCE A Level at Taylor's University from 2010-2011. Amber then obtained an Advanced First Aid certification from St John Ambulance of Malaysia in 2010, and a Level 2 certification from London Chamber of Commerce and Industry in 2009. In 2013, they participated in an exchange programme at The University of British Columbia, studying Commerce and Business. Finally, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting and Finance at The University of Hong Kong from 2012-2015.
