Tim Schenk

Tim Schenk's work experience includes the following:

- Chief Technology Officer at Airios since May 2021, responsible for innovation, product development, and leading the R&D team in designing and producing connected solutions for residential indoor climate control.

- Previously worked at Signify from 2018 to 2021, holding various roles including Program Manager for Direct-to-Consumer Philips Hue, R&D group manager and Product Owner for Hue Device Software, R&D manager for Philips Hue a.i., and R&D group manager and Product Owner.

- Prior to that, worked at Philips Lighting from 2013 to 2018 as a Program Manager for Product Platforms and Group Leader/Program Manager.

- Worked at Philips Group Innovation and Research from 2006 to 2013 in roles including Project Manager and Team Lead, Senior Scientist and Team Lead, and Senior Scientist.

- Started their career as a PhD researcher at Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e) in 2002.

- Also worked as a Researcher in wireless communications at Agere Systems from 2002 to 2004.

Tim Schenk holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering and Wireless Communications from Eindhoven University of Technology, which they obtained from 2002 to 2006. Tim also completed the EDGE II leadership development program at Hult Ashridge in 2019. In addition, Tim completed the INSPIRE leadership development program at Hult Ashridge in 2011. Tim holds a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology, which they obtained from 1996 to 2002.
