Brian Demers

Brian Demers has worked in the software engineering field since 2009. Brian began their career as an intern at Blue Medora LLC in 2009, followed by roles as an Applications Engineer and Associate Applications Engineer at Steelcase from 2009-2011. Brian then returned to Blue Medora as a Software Architect and Principal Software Engineer from 2011-2019. In this role, they exercised emergent leadership, fostered a culture of curiosity, and advocated for the migration to Kotlin. Brian also developed monitoring applications for various technologies and interviewed and mentored new hires.
