Luisa Balibrera

Luisa Balibrera has a diverse work experience in various roles. Luisa worked at Airline MRO Parts (AMP) and held positions such as Head of Information Technology and Continuous Improvement, Senior Manager IT & Continuous Improvement, and Continuous Process Improvement & Project Manager. Luisa also worked as a Consultant & entrepreneur as an Autónomo. Luisa'searlier experience includes working at Avianca as an Administradora de Métodos e Implementaciones, where they implemented transversal initiatives to improve business effectiveness, productivity, and profitability through tools, methods, and process redesign. Luisa also managed the Document Management Platform and coordinated the document life cycle for the company.

Luisa Balibrera completed a Certificate in Digital Transformation Strategies from INCAE Business School in the year 2020. In 2015, they also attended INCAE Business School for the Management Development Program (MPD). Prior to that, Luisa pursued a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Centroamericana 'José Simeón Cañas' from 1999 to 2005.
