Graham Keithley

Graham Keithley currently serves as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel for Regulatory Legal Affairs at Airlines for America, a position held since March 2019. Prior to this role, Graham held associate positions at Baker McKenzie in the Global Aviation practice and at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP focusing on Aviation, Aerospace & Transportation, including Unmanned Aircraft Systems. Previous experience also includes an associate role at Jones Day, a judicial internship at the US Department of Transportation’s Office of Hearings, and a legal internship with the FAA's Office of Chief Counsel. Graham served as a Second Class Petty Officer in the US Navy, specializing in Aviation Maintenance Administration. Educational credentials include a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, a year at The Catholic University of America, and a B.A. in History and Political Science from Bates College.
