Willow Lisa Houser-Thomas PsyD, LICDC-CS has extensive experience in the field of addiction and mental health services, serving as the Executive Director at ARC since January 1992 and the Addictions Resource Center, INC since January 1993. Previously, Willow held the position of Primary Therapist at Mercy Medical Center from May 1995 to December 1999. Educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Rehabilitation and Therapeutic Professions from Wright State University, a PsyD in Criminology/Psychology from the University of the Rockies, and a Bachelor of Science in Counseling Psychology from the University of Maryland.
