Emma da Silva

Emma Da Silva currently serves as the Ground Operations Manager at Airlink since May 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Business Development Executive: Operations & Commercial at NAS Colossal Aviation Services from June 2019 to May 2023, where responsibilities included developing sales and marketing strategies for airline customers and ensuring high service levels at six South African airports. Emma also worked as Business Relationship Manager at BidAir Services (Pty) Ltd from May 2016 to June 2019, managing client contracts and expanding the client base. Prior to that, Emma held various managerial positions over nearly two decades at Virgin Atlantic Airways, including Airport Manager for Southern Africa, overseeing airport operations and upholding customer safety and service standards. Emma holds a Certificate in Human Resources from Damelin, a Certificate of Travel Agency Competency from the Travel Training Institute in South Africa, and completed matriculation at Germiston High School.
