Kara O'Connell

Kara O'Connell currently serves as Vice President of Finance & Operations at Airlink, Inc. since September 2023. Prior to this role, O'Connell spent 17 years at the Alliance to Save Energy, advancing through several positions including Chief Operations Officer, where oversight of a 20-person non-profit organization with a budget of $4.5 million was achieved. Additionally, O'Connell held roles such as Senior Vice President of Public & Corporate Relations and Vice President of Events & Marketing, overseeing brand management, member relations, fundraising, and executing over 25 annual events, significantly enhancing event attendance and sponsorship revenue. O'Connell began their career as Director of Conferences & Events at the Electric Drive Transportation Association and earlier as Media Coordinator at Nomadic Display. O'Connell earned a Bachelor's degree from Gettysburg College.
