Xavier Del Rosario is currently the Vice President of Finance and Operations at Rightway Healthcare and a Partner at VamosVentures, an impact VC fund for early-stage tech companies led by Hispanic and diverse founders in the US. Prior to their current roles, Del Rosario held positions such as Head of Biz Ops and Finance at Very Good Security, Finance and Operations Consultant at Mic, VP Finance and Operations at Bond Inc, and Associate at New Enterprise Associates. Del Rosario started their career as an Analyst in Mergers & Acquisitions at Morgan Stanley after graduating with a degree in Economics from Harvard University in 2009.
