David Mulder

David Mulder is the Interim CFO at AirMap. David has also served as the Audit Committee Chairman and Board Member of Cyanotech Corporation. David has over 6 years of experience as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Interim EVP and Chief Financial Officer of Reiter Affiliated Companies. David has been instrumental in improving the domestic business liability to equity ratio from over 2:1 to a targeted 1:1, taking global return on net assets from declining low teens to consistently over 20% and doubling sales to $1B through the development and use of new planning and strategic tools that pulled cash out of declining deals and redeployed it into high growth and high return deals. David has also successfully restructured the debt and equity structures to maximize current tax laws and brought capital from Mexico into the struggling US business to significantly increase equity distributions. David has generated a $90M distribution and recapitalization of other entities, a $20M release in net loss carryforwards, and avoided an extra $15M annually in GILTI foreign taxes.

David Mulder has a Masters of Business Administration from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business in Finance and Operations and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Grand Valley State University in Accounting and Finance.
