Sean Snover

Sean Snover has a diverse range of work experience in various engineering roles. Sean started their career as a Mechanical Designer at Quadrant Aerospace, where they not only performed design work but also handled assembly, machining, and product inspections. Sean then moved on to AMETEK Haydon Kerk Motion Solutions, Inc., where they served as a Mechanical Design Engineer and later as a Product Engineer Supervisor. In these roles, they provided guidance to design teams, ensured timely deliveries, and implemented process improvements. Sean also worked at DIAGNOSYS SYSTEMS INC. as a Senior Electro-mechanical Design Engineer Group Lead, supervising cross-functional teams and overseeing project scopes and budgets. Sean then joined CoorsTek, Inc. as an Engineering Supervisor, managing engineering duties and leading a team to execute tasks and process improvement initiatives. Sean's experience also includes roles at Clear Align and Phoenix Controls as a Mechanical Engineer II and a Mechanical Engineer, respectively. Most recently, they worked at Prototek as a Business Development Manager, managing key accounts and establishing new business. Sean currently holds the position of Sales Engineer Account Manager at Airmar Technology Corporation, where they are responsible for managing customer accounts, assisting with new product development, and coordinating RMA resolutions. Overall, Sean's work experience demonstrates their expertise in engineering, project management, customer relations, and process improvement.

Sean Snover pursued their education starting from 1999 to 2003 at MHS, where they studied Mechanical Drafting and Mechanical Drafting CAD/CADD. Sean then attended New Hampshire Community Technical College from 2003 to 2005 and obtained an Associate degree in CADD. Later, from 2005 to 2007, Sean attended Keene State College and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Product Design and Development. In addition to their academic achievements, Sean also acquired various certifications, including Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from CoorsTek, Inc. in April 2019, and Project Management Lifecycle certification from Rochester Institute of Technology in May 2018. Sean also completed certifications such as Best Practices For Project Management Success from Rochester Institute of Technology in April 2018, Introduction to Project Management from The University of Adelaide in October 2017, Advanced Assembly Modeling from CADD Edge in June 2011, and Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing from CONNSTEP in July 2010.
