Taylor Bell

Taylor Bell has extensive work experience in HR and legal roles. In 2011, Bell started working as an attorney at Ridenour Hienton, P.L.L.C. From 2014 to 2020, Bell served as the General Counsel/Chief HR Officer at HRPivot, Inc. In 2020, Bell joined Riot Hospitality Group as the Chief People Officer until 2021. Bell then founded multiple ventures, including Handbook-Creator and Arizona HR Law, where Bell served as an owner and founder respectively. From 2021 to 2023, Bell held the role of Associate General Counsel & VP of Human Resources at Redirect Health. Additionally, Bell was also an Executive Advisor - HR and Legal for Redirect Health in 2021. Currently, Bell is the Founder of TackleHR and also holds the position of Head of HR and Legal at AirMason, both starting in 2023.

Taylor Bell obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Biola University. Subsequently, they pursued a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law, graduating in 2012. Taylor then furthered their education by completing a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in General Management from the University of Arizona, Eller College of Management, between 2014 and 2015. Additionally, Taylor Bell is a Licensed Member of the State Bar of Arizona, obtained in 2012.
