Amber Payne-Gregory, MBA, RN, CMTE has a diverse work experience spanning multiple healthcare organizations. Amber began their career in 2003 at Saint Vincent's Health System, where they served as a Charge Nurse for nearly 8 years. In 2008, Amber joined Air Methods as a Senior Flight Nurse and Clinical Educator, contributing to the organization's success until 2014. During this time, they also worked at UAB Medicine as a Staff Nurse from 2011 to 2014. In 2014, Amber joined Ascension as an ER Staff Nurse, where they remained until 2020. Additionally, they held positions at AirMed International as a Clinical Coordinator from 2014 to 2015, and later as the Director of Medical Operations from 2015 to the present. Amber's extensive experience and diverse roles in various healthcare settings showcase their expertise and commitment to the field.
Amber Payne-Gregory, MBA, RN, CMTE completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Nursing Science at the University of Alabama at Birmingham from 2000 to 2003. Amber later pursued further education, completing their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Executive studies at Auburn University's College of Business from 2013 to 2015.
