Gary Staples Cmm III

Gary Staples CMM III is a highly experienced paramedic professional currently serving as Chief of Dufferin County Paramedic Service since June 2024 and as a Flight Paramedic for AirMed International since March 2020. Previous roles include Deputy Chief of Performance, Quality, and Development and Paramedic Superintendent for the County of Dufferin from April 2001 to June 2024, and various instructional positions, including Instructor at Hamilton Health Sciences and Coordinator/Instructor for the Paramedic Program at Conestoga College. Gary's extensive career also includes time as a Paramedic Educator at Cambridge Memorial Hospital and as a Paramedic with the City of Toronto. Gary's ongoing education includes a Bachelor's degree in Health Administration at Toronto Metropolitan University and previous studies at Conestoga College, the Rubes Center for EMS Studies, and Fanshawe College.
