Kristyn McCandless

Kristyn McCandless is an accomplished legal and contracts management professional with extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Associate Director of Contracts Management at AIRNA since December 2024, Kristyn has previously held the position of Associate Director of Vendor and Contract Management at Spero Therapeutics, where significant contributions included leading organizational contracting efforts and acting as a liaison with outside IP counsel. With a law degree from New England Law | Boston and a bachelor’s degree in History and Political Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Kristyn has also held various legal and compliance roles in organizations such as Scholar Rock, Enzyvant, DentaQuest, and Tufts Health Plan, accumulating a wealth of knowledge in contract implementation, compliance, and corporate governance.
