David Shalkow is a seasoned design development architect with extensive experience in residential remodeling and property management. Currently employed at Airoom Architects, Builders, and Remodelers since February 2015, David focuses on creating designs compliant with building codes while ensuring cost-effectiveness. Previous roles include serving as an architectural consultant and property manager at DsNA, where David managed a mixed-use building in Mexico City, and as general manager at Libra, where David's leadership in architectural services resulted in significant revenue growth. Additionally, experience as director at Decostyle involved overseeing diverse architectural projects and developing a franchise concept for a manufacturing company. David began a professional journey in architecture with a Bachelor of Architecture from Universidad Anáhuac in 1998.
