Jim Arnott is a Project Estimator at Airoom Architects, Builders, and Remodelers since November 2013, bringing a wealth of experience in construction and energy efficiency. Previous roles include Certified Building Analyst at Advanced Energy Services, where expertise in home energy efficiency was developed, and Estimator/Account Manager at SelectBuild Illinois, LLC, where Jim excelled in managing multi-million dollar contracts, building relationships with builders, and strategizing bid processes. Additionally, Jim held a similar position at Michael Nicholas for nearly a decade, successfully capturing bids and managing accounts through extensive negotiations. Educational background includes studies at Elgin Community College and Harper College.
