Kate Murphy

Kate Murphy is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business operations, strategic initiatives, and healthcare consulting. Currently serving as the Head of Business Operations at AirPay since October 2024, Kate also holds the position of President for the NY Young Professionals Committee at the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation and is a member of the Mastermind Network at Primary Venture Partners. Previously, Kate was the Chief of Staff at Caraway, where responsibilities included managing a $17M Series A raise and overseeing various operational workstreams. Additional experience includes roles at The Dedham Group, Oxeon Partners, Cresilon, Children's Hospital Los Angeles, USC Neuroimaging and Informatics Institute, and USC Viterbi School of Engineering. Kate holds a Bachelor's degree in Neuroscience from the University of Southern California and graduated from Seattle Preparatory School.
