Max Hjalmarsson

Max Hjalmarsson has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries. Max is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Airpelago since January 2020. Prior to that, they founded Scanax drone consulting in 2019, where they provided drone consultancy services and had expertise in business strategy, safety, legal, and technical aspects. Max also worked as a Business Developer at Everdrone AB in 2019, where they contributed to the development of the company's business strategy and conducted market research projects. In 2018, Max was a Business Developer Manager at Volocopter GmbH, a company focused on developing automatic electric VTOL aircraft for urban air mobility. Max worked closely with the management board and provided strategic advice. Max also gained experience as a Business Developer at GHP Specialty Care AB, a healthcare provider, where they were involved in setting up a strategic business unit and developing a new pricing model. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Business Strategy Consultant at Accenture, where they focused on growth strategy, digital strategy, market entry strategy, due diligence, risk assessment, and identifying KPIs and value drivers. Max Hjalmarsson earned a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Chalmers University of Technology, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. During the same time, they also pursued studies in Law at Stockholm University from 2009 to 2010. In addition to their education, Max obtained the UAS-1A/B certification from Transportstyrelsen in April 2012.
