Harriet Broad

Harriet Broad has over a decade of experience in various roles within the corporate and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as the Implementation and Sales Support Manager at AirPlus International since October 2014, Harriet has effectively supported the Australian and Global Reach Asia teams with implementations and new sales from the Hong Kong office. Previous roles at AirPlus include Account Executive, Customer Service Advisor, and Business Relationship Advisor, focusing on customer support and account management. Prior experience includes hospitality roles at Compass Group, event management at VIVA ESPRIT INSPIRED EVENTS, and an internship at RB involving talent event management. Harriet holds a degree in Geography and Business Management from Newcastle University, obtained in 2013.
