Sonila Likaj is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the financial and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Product and Platform Operations at AirPlus International since February 2020, Sonila leads a skilled team of DevOps Engineers, focusing on maintaining application services and implementing continuous integration processes. Previously, Sonila held roles as Sales Process Manager, responsible for transforming Sales processes at AirPlus, and as a Lean Expert at Raiffeisen Bank Albania, driving efficiency and customer experience. With a strong foundation in retail banking as Branch Manager and Coordinating roles also at Raiffeisen Bank Albania, Sonila has developed expertise in customer relationship management and business development. Educational credentials include an International MBA from Athens University of Economics and Business and degrees in Banking and Finance from the University of Malta.
