Ken Lai

Ken Lai is an experienced IT Systems and Network Administrator with a focus on virtualized server environments, cloud migrations, and LAN/WAN infrastructure management. Currently at Airport Development Group since May 2014, Ken oversees significant migrations to Office 365 and SharePoint Online, along with operating Common Use Terminal Equipment. Previously, Ken held roles as a Technical Services Consultant at Portal Technology, Managed Services ITO at HP/Compaq, Asia Pacific Regional Instructor at Novell Inc, and Technical Consultant/Instructor at CSM. Ken possesses a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from RMIT University, obtained between 1987 and 1990.
