Neil Shay has extensive experience in airport security and compliance, currently serving as the Airport Security Manager at Airport Development Group since July 2018. Previous roles include Airport Duty Manager/Airside Operations Officer and Security & Compliance Coordinator at the same organization. Prior to this, Neil held positions at MSS Security as NT Airports Training and Compliance Coordinator and Security Screening Supervisor. Neil's experience also includes serving as NT Airports Training and Compliance Manager at ISS Facility Services Australia, and as Security Screening Supervisor/Aerodrome Reporting Officer at Aerodrome Management Services Pty Ltd. Early in the career, Neil worked as a Car Detailer at Avis Budget Group and as a Pastry Chef & Bread Baker at Paul The Pieman Bakeries. Neil’s educational background includes attendance at Gippsland Grammar.
