Susan Cauthen

Susan Cauthen has over 30 years of work experience, with their most recent position being the Director of Design and Construction at Airport Dimensions since 2018. In this role, they have full oversight of new shared passenger use airport lounge projects, as well as refurbishment and expansion of existing airport lounge locations. Susan is responsible for managing budgets, ensuring successful project completion, and navigating the unique requirements of construction projects within secure air-side airport locations.

Prior to their current role, Susan worked as an Independent Consultant from 2007 to 2018, providing their expertise to shared use passenger airport lounges, shared use office owners/operators, and various industry groups on a local, national, and international basis. Before that, they served as the Director of Operations, USA at Interactive Worldwide from 2003 to 2006 and held various positions at HQ Global Workplaces from 1995 to 2003, including Director of Training & Development.

Susan's early career includes a role as a Regional Sales Manager at EBC Office Centers from 1990 to 1995.

Susan Cauthen attended The University of Memphis from 1976 to 1977, where they studied Business. Susan did not obtain a degree during this time. In 2016, they obtained the Duolingo Italian Fluency: Elementary certification from Duolingo.
