Terence Boo

Terence Boo has extensive experience in the aviation industry. Terence started their career at Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) in 1998, where they successfully established and grew the local office, eventually becoming the General Manager. Under their leadership, the office expanded into regional and international operations, diversifying into various business sectors beyond aviation.

In 2007, Terence joined Airport Authority Hong Kong as an Assistant General Manager. Terence was responsible for managing the world's first integrated Airport Center, integrating and coordinating seven different control units into one comprehensive command center.

Terence returned to WFS in 2013 as the General Manager. During their tenure, they restructured contracts, turned around P&L performance, and secured new business contracts. Terence successfully maintained and renewed service contracts with partners such as airlines, hotels, Airport Authority, and AWE.

Terence Boo pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus in Total Quality Management (TQM) from Newport University from 1992 to 1994.
