Jeanette D. Saunders is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Education & Advisory Services at the Airport Minority Advisory Council since December 2022, Saunders has also held the position of President & CEO at both The Saunders Group, LLC and The Saunders Group LAYC Foundation since October 2015. Prior experience includes Principal of Management Services & Strategy at Jacobsen|Daniels and President/CEO of The Presidents' Council. Additionally, Saunders served as Chief of Staff and Chief of Administration & Performance Management at the Cleveland Airport System. Recognized as Crain's Business 2013 Human Resources Executive of the Year, Saunders holds an Executive Master in Business Administration with a focus on Organizational Development from Bowling Green State University and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology with a minor in Marketing from Lourdes University. Education continues at The Wharton School.

For over 40 years, the Airport Minority Advisory Council (AMAC) has been the only national, non-profit trade association dedicated to advancing the full participation of minorities and women in employment and contracting opportunities throughout the aviation and aerospace industries.
