Ricky Smith

Ricky Smith currently serves as the Executive Director and CEO of the Maryland Aviation Administration since August 2015, while also holding the position of Chairman for both the Greater Baltimore Urban League and the Airport Minority Advisory Council. Previously, Ricky Smith was the Director of Airports and CEO for the Cleveland Airport System from June 2006 to August 2015, overseeing operations for Cleveland Hopkins International and Burke Lakefront Airports. Earlier in career, Ricky Smith was the Chief Operating Officer at the Maryland Aviation Administration from January 1989 to June 2006. Ricky Smith holds an Executive MBA from Loyola University Maryland Sellinger School of Business and Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Howard University School of Business.
